What we consume as food has long been debated in how it can both influence our thinking and the functioning of our bodies. We tend to experience more down days than up days, which is often attributed to our heavy work and life load. Without realizing it we eat foods that reflect the moods we are in. When we feel overwhelmed or depressed, we tend to reach for the *quick fix* foods; such as biscuits, cakes and takeaways for the convenience as well as the feel-good factor.
